As the largest and most active women's squash league in the UK, NWWSL has 37 teams from 22 clubs competing across 1st, 2nd and 3rd divisions. Offering competitive squash in a sociable environment, the league recently changed its title from 'Cheshire' to 'North West' to reflect the fact that it draws in players from surrounding counties such as Lancashire, Derbyshire and Merseyside where there is no women's league squash available. To take account of this, the two second divisions - 2a and 2b - and five mini 3rd Divisions are organised geographically to reduce travelling.

Matches are played on Monday nights, in a season stretching from early October until mid-March. COME AND JOIN US!
